The software includes Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Statements, and Dunning. Export programs generate files which allow you to use Quickbooks for financial statements and General Ledger.

Sales reps can enter orders on the road, but the system limits their scope to just their own accounts while protecting your sensitive data from their view. The same access can be given to customers so that they can interact with your system to place orders and check available inventory.
